Privacy policy

What we collect and why

• Bookings: your name, email, phone number, the treatment, date and time, and anything you add in the notes, so we can hold your appointment, confirm it and contact you if something changes.
• Health information: if you mention an injury, condition or pregnancy, we use it only to make your treatment safe and suitable. Only your therapist sees it.
• Gift cards and packages: the buyer's and recipient's names and contact details, so we can issue the card and honour it.
• Payments: deposits, full payments and gift cards are paid on Stripe's secure page. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us; we only see that a payment was made and how much.
• Your account and points: if you sign in, your email address, name and phone number, your bookings, and your loyalty points with how they were earned and spent.
• Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can reply.

Our legal basis

We use booking and gift card details to provide what you asked for. We use health information with your explicit consent, given when you share it, and only to treat you safely.

Who else handles your details

A small number of trusted services help run the website: our web host, Stripe for card payments, and an email delivery service that sends confirmations, gift cards and sign-in links. They use your details only on our behalf.

Cookies

We use one cookie, and only if you sign in to your account: it keeps you signed in. It is needed for the account to work, so we do not ask for consent for it. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment page to prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep your booking history for as long as you are a client, so your appointments and points are right, and delete it if you ask us to. Health notes are kept only as long as you remain a client. Gift card records are kept until the card has expired and for a year after. Your account and points stay until you ask us to close it. Contact form messages are deleted once dealt with.

Your rights
