- What should I wear?
- For traditional Thai massage and Indian head massage you stay fully clothed, so bring something loose and comfortable. For oil based treatments you undress to your comfort and are covered with towels throughout.
- How hard is the pressure?
- Entirely up to you. We agree soft, medium or deep before we start, and you can ask to change it at any point during the treatment. Nothing should ever hurt.
- How early should I arrive?
- About five minutes. That gives us time to run through the short health form and talk about what you want from the session without eating into your treatment.
- Can I book at short notice?
- Online booking closes twelve hours ahead. If you want something sooner than that, call and we will fit you in if the diary allows.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel online any time up to twenty four hours before. Inside that, please call us so the time can be offered to someone else.
